Arjun Grewal is a retired Canadian Forces and Canadian Special Forces Veteran with firsthand experience in demanding operational environments. After his 20-year military career, Arjun held leadership roles at IBM, driving high-performance teams, digital transformation, and technology projects. As CEO of Ventus Respiratory, Arjun has led the development and global market launch of next-generation respiratory protection for first responders and military forces, working closely with NATO Forces to advocate for and establish a new class of protective equipment. With his blend of military, enterprise, and innovation expertise Arjun founded and leads the Arctic Training Centre, a Yukon based privatized facility for Arctic and Sub Arctic technology validation, community building, innovation, and readiness.
